Studyglot ("Studyglot", "we", "us") is a subscription web application. Studyglot generates bilingual study materials, including structured notes, a sourced glossary, and syllabus gap analysis, from documents you upload.
1. Eligibility & account.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use Studyglot. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
2. Subscription & billing.
Studyglot is billed at US$21 per month. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; see our Refund Policy.
3. Your content.
You keep ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload and process that content, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. AI-generated output.
Studyglot's outputs are AI-generated study aids produced by automated systems. They may contain errors or omissions and are not a substitute for the original source materials, professional instruction, or independent verification. Do not rely on them as authoritative.
5. Intellectual property.
The Studyglot software, design, and branding are owned by us.
6. Acceptable use.
Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Disclaimers & liability.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for any loss arising from your use of the service.
8. Suspension & termination.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes.
We may update these terms and will post the updated version here.
10. Add-on pages.
Add-on pages expire 60 days after purchase. You may hold at most 300 unused pages at once. Add-ons may be purchased only while your subscription is active. Unused pages remain usable after cancellation until they expire. Refunded or charged-back purchases have their pages revoked.
