Studyglot is billed at US$21 per month. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Cancellation.
You can cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
Refunds.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to first-time subscribers. Contact us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund. Partial-month refunds are not provided.
Add-on pages.
Refunded or charged-back add-on purchases have their pages revoked. If some pages from that purchase were already used, the remaining pages are revoked.
How to request.
Email support@studyglot.com from your account email address. Because billing is handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle.
